Too much glucose causes the body’s cells to be insulin resistant which can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disease, and type II diabetes.
- Glucose products
Sweet products increase the sugar level in the body and provide only empty calories. Many people are addicted to sugar and are in danger of damaging their liver, their heart and increasing their changes of diabetes. These sweet products include candies, pastries, cakes, and energy drinks.
Although bananas are a natural food containing potassium, they keep the body fat especially when they are mixed with milk or ice cream in the form of a milk shake.

Potatoes, fish, and chicken are healthy foods. But when they are deep fried, the oil they are fried in is the ingredient that accumulates as fat in the body.
